2024 ONWARD SCHEDULE

The retired research doctor will be at ones Lakehouse daily permanently

Visits to Medical Clinic or Hospital & Dentist when required otherwise solely at the Lakehouse 365 days a year

No vacations as the Lakehouse is already a vacation setting 365 days a year

Rotary phone access to Karen Fellici working in Montreal with six staff at PT Group - CIG investment group office 3 days a week consecutive rotations between the seven with 3 weeks off a year & holidays

The retired research doctors personal residence security staff will source food, drinks, alcohol & all items locally for use, preservation & consumption

Any agreed upon private or public access events & media projects will be at a local PT Group - CIG owned property only with security otherwise retired research doctor Dr Nicolas Bennett

350 days a year at the Lakehouse with maybe 15 days outside locally unless there is required Medical Clinic or Hospital & Dentist visits 

PLANNED

Time on the lake safely with security & registered insured maintained objects 

Time on one's own average in the same fashion safely enjoying interests & activities in a daily schedule with holidays 

CREDENTIALS

Retaining credentials degree & industry spec for retirement. Class GM or 6A licence while having Class AZ 1Q removed as City will not be driving commercially again due to injuries sustained in research effective 2024 

Dr Nicolas Bennett not be driving again. Licence for emergency purposes while a security staff doubles as driver & other obligations in their 3 day on consecutive, 4 day off with 3 weeks off & holidays annual schedule 

Can operate a boat or personal watercraft or off-road vehicle & boards ports equipment & perform regular daily tasks yet will likely have security staff assisting for safety due to injuries. Health yet injured. Not smoking cigarettes & minimal alcohol consumption with specific themed diets 

Security staff will care for the properties interior - exterior with cleaning - sanitation practices & enjoy the perks of being part of the crew sharing time maintaining & enjoying activities 

Nic is lucky to be able to walk, use a toilet alone & get dressed & perform basic tasks to care for oneself yet unmanned there is still mid level to advanced social - vocal & physical skill & interest in interests & activities 

Remaining - past credentials will be printed & in digital form with the 11-25 hours & Blogger pages with copies in Montreal alongside international trustees & at ones own Lakehouse to show any interested screened guest & for ones own interest alongside house rules 

10+ bed - 10+ bath over 15,000 Sq ft on over 10 acres

Muskokas - Tremblant or near Quebec City in Canada Ontario or Quebec
