Custom electronics offline


Custom build transportation & recreational options

Custom food-drink & alcohol options

Custom in-house health & dental options

Controlled literature

Custom build materials for our property & security options within 

Custom arts & music + recording options exclusive to our property & not for outside review or use 


We will pay property taxes then associated taxes pertaining to our eared created pensions with investment portfolios


No logos generic custom options only we create using our own art & creativity 


We will leave the 11-25 hours & Blogger description of the H.I.3 case only public permanently hosted where we can 


Property taxes. Investment taxes. Import goods sales taxes. Insurance & registration for on-off property. Minimal costs 


Our security will deal with off property items
