We are developing a third party private Canadian law-history program that keeps all past-present & new laws, practices & policies with all by-laws & bills implemented for decision making for Government & Private Sector interests to consider operating from while developing practices to challenge options in addressing global change & requirements against intent & interest

Some persons are educated &;know while others do not. This coupled with articles of hundreds into hundreds of thousands of international legal Cades & rights intertwined for decision making using an automated system will assist legal interests, those in Private Sector & Government plus Health Care interests or others in navigating domestic & international laws & for advanced social & decision making

The program will include options to load earth's history, the 11-25 hours & Blogger description of H.I.3 plus different countries past-current laws & Government structures with all languages included using advanced A.I & metrics in automation using under 10 terabytes to accomplish for use by anyone

We are going to volunteer the development at no cost between for-profit development of other interests & investments so this available tool is accessible by anyone
