The Canadian neurological technology lab, North Bay carried out efforts against me between 1980's-1999 & again between 2000-2011 then a full scale attack between 2012-2023 leaving me left to work around to live injured while I worked with Los Angeles & Montreal interests connected to international

I thought in 2023 I could live in Ontario my birth Province or Quebec so while assisting in the restructure of CIG Montreal & my own PT portfolio it seems as though the responsible interests do not want me living in my birth country of Canada now as they stated between 2012-2023 so I am once again shopping other options including in USA

There are a few ranch options in Colorado that suit my needs where I can have a small research facility, vault & market portfolio office right at the ranch

USA is my first option outside of Canada as I can safely secure my financial investment portfolio between Montreal, USA & internationally to justify the reach as a long-term option for my safety & well being

My legal representation, financial advisor option & security option are prepared for taxes, utilities, maintenance, insurance & IRS - US Government Federally & State law with expectations & safety upheld
