RESIDENCE 

Looking at new home options while the Bracebridge vacant lot lakeside property deed is in one's personal portfolio for October 1, 2023 yet construction potential is on hold due to the H.I.3 case 


Intensions to purchase a home then have the Bracebridge area property as a cottage & land with storage despite no dwelling on property yet. Drive way & storage bin with security for now 


STORAGE 

Storage items in Calgary, Montreal & Toronto are being moved to a central Ontario storage option on the Bracebridge area property. Insured with security surveillance 


Remaining items I am keeping versus those auctioned off or transferred to Carly K.S Bennett in Montreal 


Will not be returning to south of Bracebridge in Ontario, Canada ever again. Will drive to Montreal for any required flights 


Cottages

Going to consider a smaller option in Muskoka & the second Lakeside property (Haliburton) for off-roading & lake sports privately then enjoy larger options close to Montreal with PT Group - CIG


$700,000-$900,000 with a small respectful modest long-term 68 year budget. Undecided between options right now yet considering

PLANS & EXPECTATIONS 

I, Dr Nicolas Bennett, Sydney will not be crossing any border into the USA land, water or air again for the remainder if my life. I will not be leaving the borders of my birth country of Canada again. I may travel into Montreal & area from Bracebridge in Ontario Canada yet I likely will not travel anywhere else. I have no interest in anywhere south of Bracebridge or north of Trout Creek 

I'll be enjoying my own separate life from anyone I met in the past prior to September 2023. I'll remain distant friends with connected to PT Group - CIG in Montreal.
